Confidential Visits
I’m worried about confidentiality. Can myHealth help? YES!
We know healthcare can be a cause of stress, so we do everything we can to help. According to Minnesota law, some healthcare visits can be completed confidentially, even for teens. These kinds of visits usually include any kind of reproductive healthcare, like getting birth control or an STI screening. Usually, clients 18 and older may access all myHealth services confidentially.
No matter your insurance, financial situation, or immigration status, we will help you get the care you need. Remember, no one is turned away from myHealth for an inability to pay!
If you have any concerns about confidentiality, just call 952-474-3251 and a staff member will help you.
Interpreter Visits
Need an Interpreter? Let Us Know!
myHealth is committed to health care access for everyone. We provide interpreter services at no cost to the client. All you need to do is call in advance so that we can provide an interpreter for the desired language. Walk in interpreter visits are not available.
To have your visit interpreted, schedule in advance by calling 952-474-3251 or visiting myhealthmn.org/appointments.
