Youth Development Groups:

In addition to classroom presentations, we facilitate small multi-session psycho-educational youth development groups with students. Resources

Programs for Parents

myHealth actively supports parents with children of all ages who want to stay actively engaged in their child’s life. The chance a young person will make healthier choices as a teen or young adult increases when parents create a strong foundation of communication about family values and expectations alongside accurate and age-appropriate information. To that end, we provide a variety of parent education opportunities. Yearly, myHealth’s educators present parenting information and resources to hundreds of parents. Schedule a class for your friend’s group, faith community, PTO group, or book club!

Topics Include:

  • Zoom Series
  • Parent Toolkit
  • Growing Up
  • Staying Connected
